In 2019, I discovered the transformative potential of yoga as I was struggling with my mental health and at the beginning of my healing journey.
After my lung collapse in 2022 and subsequently my surgery to repair it, I was in need of change that would bring me peace and a sense of purpose. In April 2023, I traveled to North Little Rock, AK to complete my 200-hour Hatha and Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training at Swadhyaya Yoga School.
I am passionate about holistic well-being, and I use my yoga practice to integrate my strong commitment to mental health advocacy.
On social media, I am honest about my battles with depression and anxiety, shedding light on the intersection of yoga and mental wellness. Through practical insights and guidance, I aim to empower others on their mental health journeys. This commitment extends beyond the digital realm as I support my loved ones offline, providing compassionate assistance and holistic solutions for their mental well-being.
